What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Collection of your personal information
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
OneSolution may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you including but not limited to your name, date of birth, profile picture, email address, telephone numbers, internet protocol (IP) address, Facebook or Google identifier (as the case may be) content you view, your action within OneSolution Platform (e.g. the dates and times of your visits, location and your clock-in and clock-out data). Further personal information may be collected, used, stored and transferred by us upon the improvement of OneSolution Platform.
We may collect your personal information from you (e.g. when you sign up for an OneSolution account or giving feedback to us), automated technologies while you interact with OneSolution Platform, third party service or software provider including but not limited to Google Analytics and Google AdWords (please see https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/) and other third parties such as your employer.
OneSolution or our third party service or software provider may receive your personal information by employing cookies or other similar tracking technology to authenticate you as a user when you log into your account, understand how you navigate through the OneSolution Platform and interact with OneSolution advertisement, to learn what content is popular, to keep a record of your preference and improve our services. Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the service we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
Purpose of collection of your personal data
We will use your personal data we collect from you for the purposes for which it was collected, including but not limited to:
- register you as a new user;
- determine and verify your identity as an employee/ contractor to your employer for the use of OneSolution Platform;
- manage our relationship with you;
- provide, improve, expand and promote OneSolution Platform;
- deliver relevant content and advertisements, either through us or one of our partners, to you or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you;
- make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you;
- analyze how do you use OneSolution Platform and personalize your OneSolution Platform experience;
- merger, acquisitions and internal management; and
- respond to request from regulator or court or any proceeding.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.
If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.
Your right to access and correct personal information
You may access your personal information to the extent required by law to review, update, and correct inaccuracies. Upon request made to us, OneSolution will provide you with reasonable access to the personal information we collect about you. You can correct, transfer, update, modify, or delete this information by logging into your account and updating your information using OneSolution Platform. You may also limit the use and disclosure of your information by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or contacting us at anytime.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We keep these submissions for hiring and customer service purposes only. They are never used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
On this site, the only analytics gathering service we use is Google Analytics, as explained in https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/
Who we share your data with
We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes above.
Application Programming Interface (API) and Integration Partners. If you connect to OneSolution Platform through an integration with a third party service, we may share information about your use of OneSolution Platform with that third party. We may share your information with our third party partners in order to receive additional information about you. We may also share your information with third party partners to create offers that may be of interest to you.
Third Party Service Providers. While using OneSolution Platform, we may be using third party software or service for various need in order to collect, record, store, alter, use, disclose and process the personal information or perform services on our behalf or to provide OneSolution Platform. Note that these are independent software or service providers and OneSolution does not take any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue including their use of your personal information or data breach directly or indirectly resulting from them, legal or otherwise, relating thereto.
Other Third Parties. We may also share your personal data with the following parties:
- Your employer’s administrator, your co-workers who use OneSolution Platform and any other company or individual you engage with through OneSolution Platform.
- Other companies owned by OneSolution or own OneSolution.
- A regulatory authority requests which we think disclosure is required or appropriate in order to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process.
- Any other party in order to comply with a legal requirement or process, including but not limited to, subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on OneSolution Platform or our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). OneSolution Platform administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on OneSolution Platform, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
Data Security. We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal information collected through OneSolution Platform. However, OneSolution cannot guarantee the security of your personal data. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Children’s Privacy. OneSolution does not intentionally collect personal data from minor (according to applicable laws) as OneSolution Platform is not directed to children. We are also unable to identify the age of persons access and use our OneSolution Platform. If you trust that we have inadvertently collected personal data about your child, please contact us, and we will attempt to remove this information. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided us with personal data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the relevant personal data.
Retention. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We protect customer data with the following site features:
- We are entirely using custom self SSL/HTTPS throughout OneSolution Platform. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
- Databases are sanitized (actual user personal details are removed) before deploying to development or testing environment.
In case of a data breach, System administrators will immediately go through affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed after informing the user.
What third parties we receive data from
We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc.
Any contact messages received through this website related to hiring and customer service are also never used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
At this time, we only use user data to provide services of OneSolution Platform on this web portal, mobile application (android & ios) and target users for advertisements to remind them of the services we provide.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
If you working company is our client for OneSolution Platform, the shared information can only be seen by our development team and your HR/Admin. You can also request that we erase any personal data through your company we hold about you.
If you use one of the contact forms, the message can only be seen by our business administration team.
Other than breach notifications, we are not aware of any regulatory disclosures we must provide. Please feel free to notify us if you are aware of any.
Changes to your personal data
You may change your personal data through your account on OneSolution Platform. However, you may not be able to modify information that your employer requires us to maintain.
